Returns and exchange details
Your satisfaction with my jewelry is my highest priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product. If the item has not been used and with its original label intact, questions will not be asked. If the label has been removed and packaging is missing, I would gratefully appreciate if you could share with me the reason for the return.
Exclusions:
I cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders, unless jewelry arriveы damaged or with production defect.
- Merchandise purchased from The GemsTone site may be returned within 14 days of delivery if accompanied by original receipt and is in new condition and in its original packaging.
- Signs of the use or any damage, caused by using may case a decrease in compensation denial of refund. Please, do not return the merchandise without getting in touch with me first.
- Shipping is refundable when the received item has production defect. In other cases, shipping is not refundable. The same applies to any insurance and/or tax fees.
- Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims for defective items must be filed within 24 hours of delivery. Claims received later, will be subject to warranty policies.
- Refund will be given after I will receive an item within 3 days of receipt of your package. You will get the refund to your PayPal account.
The customer is responsible for the returned item, until I receive it (the package loss or damage in transit). It is recommended to return merchandise by trackable service. Refunds or compensation will not be issued for merchandise that was lost in the mail en route to me. You may seek compensation for items lost in transit from the postal or parcel service.
If you send me your jewel for exchange or return, please put the item in its original package inside a cushioned hard box. Please include a copy of your receipt of purchase.
Exchange:
You can exchange the purchased item. Please, email me about your exchange preferences. After discussing the exchange details with me, you can send the item within 14 days after delivery. Please do not remove the label until you are sure you are completely satisfied with the purchase. Refunds given only for the item returned in its original condition with the label in its original packaging.
Exchange item will be subject to shipping charges. A new item will be sent after I receive an exchanging item.
