How to shop in The GemsTone butique online?

Add items to your bag:

1. Ensure you are on the website.
2. Browse the categories across the top navigation bar which includes New In, Product menus and Sale.
3. Once you have found an item to purchase, select your preferred color, size (if applicable) and the quantity you wish to purchase, then simply click ‘ADD TO CART’.
4. You can then continue shopping or click ‘CHECKOUT’ to review the items in your bag and to finalize your order.

Proceed to purchasing items:

1. Once you have finished browsing and have added the items you wish to purchase to your bag, click
2. Within the checkout you can also amend the quantity selected for each item or delete unwanted section of the checkout. Your changes will be updated and allow you to proceed with the checkout process.

Do you offer free local pick up?

Sorry, not right now. I hope to be able to open my studio after global pandemic.

Materials I use

I make my jewelry with love and care, and your satisfaction is very important to me.

I don’t work with gold and precious stones. At the same time, I never compromise on the quality of my materials. In my jewelry I use sterling silver, natural stones and pearls, real Venetian glass, the finest Swarovski crystals.

I pay special attention to the raw material quality. In most of my jewelry I use nickel-free sterling silver and gold-filled, especially to minimize the risk of allergic reaction. But in part of my design I use other metal elements which may not be suitable for people with allergies. Generally, the piece can be upgraded using more safe material with minimal influence to its appearance.  Please don’t hesitate to ask me and we will find a solution together.

Gold and silver coatings, used in some of my models, are reliable and economical, crystal cut glass is not inferior the best, well-known brands.

I give to my customers the entire information about my materials that I get from my suppliers. With many of them I have been working for years and trust them completely. If you’ve got some questions, please, contact me. I’ll answer all of them.

Where is your jewelry made?

All of my jewelry is made by my hands in my studio. I don’t have helpers for my work.

That's the duration of the warranty you issue?

My warranty is for 6 months

If I want jewelry gift-wrapped?

Gladly. I like to make gift-wrapping by myself.

Is my transaction safe?

All information sent to GemsTone is encrypted. Your online transactions are protected by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology  and PayPal security.

How can I clean and care for your jewelry?

It is generally known that silver darkens with time. This is a natural process of oxidation under the influence of the environment. But there is a wide range of tools for cleaning silver objects and returning them the original beauty and luster.

How can I know about the real item appearance?

I attempt to provide the most complete description for each peace to the extent possible, as well as supply high-quality photos and videos in order to support your purchase. Some products on photos may seem larger than they are in reality, due to the use of the macro lens. The macro photo lens gives you an opportunity to view all product details.

Pictures with the close-up do not represent size of the items. Please, see the actual sizes in the descriptions. Some of jewels are photographed on human models, some of them are photographed next to familiar-size object.

The real colors may slightly differ from those on your monitor. It depends on your computer settings and is beyond my control. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about size or color of a jewel.
