Orders

Please, if you require expedited delivery, send me a message in advance, before initiating the purchase.

Please, carefully review my store policies before completing a purchase. Please check each item info for details containing exchange and return policies.

There are 3 groups of jewels in my shop: collections to which I return time and again, jewels in limited edition and many one-of-a-kind items. I would like for every customer to have the opportunity to enjoy a unique jewel, so such models won’t be repeated. You will see in the description “one of a kind” tag.

 

Multiple item purchase

Orders with multiple items are packed in one box. If you have special requests for packing, please, contact me directly.

If you are purchasing a few items, you will not be charged for additional shipping costs and your shipping fee for 1(one) item will cover the cost for the additional items you purchased.

 

Gifts

If you wish to purchase an item as a gift, shipment to a third party can be arranged . Please submit the exact address. Jewelry will be packed in a special and beautiful gift box.

Please inform me if you wish to add to the package gift card (for a small amount).

 

Custom orders

Custom orders are not accepted at the moment. Only presented items presented for sale can be purchased. However, it is possible to make slight changes in select kinds of pieces — such as length, color, or replacing the chain, etc. Please contact me directly, and if it is possible, I will be happy to fulfill your request.

 

Items in which a change or alterations are made at the request of the buyer cannot be returned or exchanged. Your understanding is appreciated.

 

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order within 6 hours. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.

 

Seller Warranties

It is very important for me that you can continue and enjoy my work as long as you want.

Therefore, even if the product had been purchased long ago, the warranty period had expired, the problem isn’t included in the warranty list, please feel free to contact me concerning the repair. I’m always ready to help you.

All my jewelry is handmade by me with care and utmost quality. I personally guarantee most of my products for 6 (six) months. The guarantee includes all locks, cords or chains tips.

 

Also, if:

  • Part of a piece of merchandise separates (soldered or glued details, clasps, earrings separate from hooks)
  • A hook with a lock doesn’t close
  • Stone falls out of its nest

 

If the jewelry you purchased breaks in 6 months due to a manufacturing defect, please contact me. The product with a manufacturing defect will be replaced or repaired at my expense. The issue of exchange or repair will be decided depending on the specific situation.

 

You can also return the defective item and get your money back. Shipping is refundable when the received item has production quality in all connected pieces and all ends of cords and chains are intact.

 

Warranty doesn’t cover broken or cracked stones and crystals during use. But if I have the same in my stock, I’d be happy to replace them for you to return the product to the original appearance. Payment depends on the complexity of the work to replace original products in each case.

 

In general, the guarantee also doesn’t apply to torn chains, cords, cables, but, certainly, there may be exceptions. Please contact me, and I will check if it is possible to repair your item.

 

A product made from a delicate metal mesh is a special case. It is a beautiful, durable and at the same time delicate material that requires particularly careful handing.

 

I do apply the instruction and warranty of the product for use.

 

Lost package
On extremely rare occasions packages may be lost by mail or parcel delivery services. For the insured items lost in the mail you will receive a full refund, including postal/shipping cost. Refunds will be issued after the package lost is confirmed by postal or parcel delivery service.

 

For pieces which can be manufactured again, you are invited to choose from two options: re-sending the item or receiving a refund. Thank you for your understanding if this unlikely situation occurs.

 

If by the end of the period indicated above the postal or parcel delivery service deems the shipment lost, you will receive a full refund. The refund will be issued to your PayPal account.

 

In case the postal or parcel delivery service confirms delivery of a package, but you did not receive it, it’s likely it was picked up/received by a different party. It could be your neighbor or a relative. Unfortunately, in this situation I would not be able to accept responsibility and compensation will not be issued.

 

Damaged package

I make every effort to ensure your shipment arrives at your address safely. I pack my jewelry in durable packaging to prevent any possible damage, but on rare occasions accidents happen during shipping. For insured items, if a package does arrive to you with a fault or is damaged during delivery, please report the damage within 24 hours of receipt according to tracking information. If you report damage later, I reserve the right to limit refund or you may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Please, photograph the damaged package immediately and from every angle, and open the package only after photographing.  After that, please photograph the damaged item. Complaints about shipping damage without photographs will not be considered and no refunds will be issued.

 

Please, do not return the damaged item without getting in touch with me first and submitting photos of the damage sustained during shipment.

 

If your item was damaged during shipment (and I received photographic evidence of the damage, as described above), you are entitled to a full compensation, including shipping costs or a replacement item for the same amount. A replacement item or return depends on the availability of items in stock.

 

Resolving issues

I personally pack all shipments to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered. While the probability of you receiving something you didn’t order is minimal, I personally ask you to immediately contact me if you think you received the wrong item or it does not fit the description. I will respond immediately and we will work to resolve all issues. If you think I did not resolve the problem, you may contact PayPal.

 

Jewelry photos and descriptions

Unfortunately, sometimes errors may occur in a jewelry description. I make every effort to discover and correct such errors and avoid them. If you find an error or a discrepancy in various blocks of information, please advise me and I will immediately correct the mistake.

 

Some photographs of jewelry are simulations (a photo of a real piece of jewelry is placed on a photo of a real model to scale and with correct proportions).

 

My jewelry is handmade, so minor differences may exist between copies of one model. You can receive a piece slightly different than the one photographed, so slight variations may occur.

 

Natural gemstones and pearls may have several variations from one stone to the other.

 

When describing a product, I try to mention all imperfections and possible issues. For example, when describing a clasp I will mention that for those who value speed in fastening a bracelet, a magnet clasp is recommended, but it’s important to exercise caution near a passing refrigerator : ) And those who prefer not to worry about losing a bracelet during the day, will have to work hard at the outset while fastening a spring lock.

 

As a precaution, drop earrings tend to get caught in long hair and appeal to small children who like to pull them when you hold them. Crystals tend to break when you drop them, etc.
