MATERIALS AND CARE:
I use gold filled and sterling silver in my handmade jewels, because it is important to me to give you the best. NICKEL FREE 925 SILVER and 14K GOLD FILLED (also called gold filled, gold fill, gold rolled or gold layered), that I work with, are both very quality materials.
It is generally known that silver darkens with time. This is a natural process of oxidation under the influence of the environment. But there is a wide range of tools for cleaning silver objects and returning them the original beauty and luster.
There are conditions that will help you keep the jewel in its ideal form.
– do not wash the dishes and do not swim or shower in a silver and mother of pearl jewelry. There are a number of chemical substances under the influence of which silver can irredeemably dark.
– treat the bracelet carefully, it is very delicate.
– mother of pearl is an organic material that is sensitive to abrasion and chemicals.
